The West Kootenay Community TEETH Clinic Society believes
all people deserve access to dental care.
We endeavour to make dental care more affordable.
We are currently open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
Please Note:
Starting Tuesday, November 11th, applications for new patients
will be accepted and will continue each Monday, Tuesday, or Friday
thereafter from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

will need to apply for our services.

New Clients must consider their eligibility for the Federal Government Dental Insurance Program (CDCP)

Patients covered and approved under the new Federal Government Dental Insurance Program (CDCP) must complete the TEETH Clinic application process, as provided in that section of the website and bring their CDCP insurance card with the application forms to the clinic for client registration.
The “CDCP welcome letter” has the effective date of coverage,
bring this letter when going to the Verification Centre
The West Kootenay Community TEETH Clinic Society
is a not-for-profit clinic, which offers high-quality dental care for
Kootenay-Boundary region low-income residents, including children, their families and seniors.
All low-income community residents in the West Kootenay-Boundary area, not covered by the Canadian Federal Government Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) may be eligible for dental services at this clinic.
We rely on donations from sponsors and donors to subsidize
the dental fees our clients are unable to pay.

The outpouring of support from local dentist Dr. Scott Pentecost, Front Street Dental Clinic, Dr. Jenni Parrott and her fundraising team, the BC Dental Association, individual dentists from Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland, Home Building Supplies, Hipperson’s Hardware, Cowan’s Office Supplies, the Royal Bank of Canada, Ron Bogusz, many donations through Canada Helps and our landlord have made the rebuilding and refurbishing of the clinic possible!
